Nicole Witte Solomon is a writer and filmmaker. Her 2014 short horror film, Small Talk, screened in festivals across the globe, winning numerous awards including the Golden Kleene Award at Arse Electronika Festival on Sex and Tech, the first-ever film to do so. She contributed a segment about Joan of Arc to the 2015 musical film anthology Bring Us Your Women and in 2016 released another horror short, Mare. Her film work has been featured in USA Today, Bitch, and Film Threat, among other websites and publications. She writes regularly for Crixeo and has been published by AfterEllen, Tits and Sass, $pread, and New York Magazine, among others. She is one half of 4MileCircus, a production and media services company, along with producing partner Sean Mannion. She holds a BA in cultural studies from Eugene Lang and an MFA in writing and directing narrative fiction film from The City College of New York. She lives in Brooklyn.
